We can help you through all 3 algebra courses.

Devry University has many locations around the United States. They offer various degrees in business and technical areas.

In most degrees you have to complete 3 or 4 math courses included Introduction to Algebra (MATH-032), Basic Algebra (MATH-092), Algebra for College Students (MATH-114), and Statistics (MATH-220).

The Algebra courses are mainly online.  You do modules on the Devry website (MyMathLab).  There are homework, test review and a test for each section.  You must pass each with a score of 80% or more to continue.

These classes can be taken online or in a class setting.  But the class setting has no lecture just a lab.  An instructor is present but is not there to lecture the material.  This can be frustrating for many students especially if you haven't taken algebra in a while or ever.

This is where our tutoring services can really help you. Devry lets you work at your own pace through these modules.  If you finish one of the math classes early you can start on the next class.  In fact if you work fast enough you can get through multiple classes and only pay for one class.  That is right finish 3 classes (12 credits) in one semester and only pay for one class (4 credits).  With tuition between $350 and $580 depending if you are part-time or full-time this can save you a lot of money.  It will also save you a lot of time too!  Not paying for 8 credits can save you $2800 and $4000.

This is how the tutoring program works.  We will have to meet multiple times throughout the week, from 2 to 3 hours each of those days.  We will work together going over the homework problems and the review.  Once you feel comfortable with the topics you will take the test on your own.  You have a couple of tries to get over 80%.  If you do not pass the first time we will review the material you had trouble with.  If we continue this pace you can complete 2 or even 3 of these classes in one semester.

This tutoring program can be completed in person (Illinois or Wisconsin) or online.  We utilize an online whiteboard where we can both write and view on and Yahoo messenger for voice conversation.

We have have successfully helped at least one student complete all 3 algebra course in one semester saving her over $3000 dollars.  She ended up with an A in each of the courses helping her GPA.

Even if you don't want to complete all 3 courses in one semester we can help you finish one class so you won't spend 2 semesters finishing one class.
